Who collects the data

The controller of personal data in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; hereinafter referred to as the «GDPR») is TTC TELEPORT, s.r.o., ID No. 24271705, with its registered office at Tiskařská 257/10, Prague 10 – Malešice, Postal Code 108 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 199711. 

What data we process

Our company stores and processes the following data, divided into several groups.

Identification, authentication, and address data: first name, last name, academic title; data from identity documents, ID card number, residence permit or passport number, nationality, ID number, in rare cases a handwritten signature and/or date of birth;

Contact data: telephone number, email address, permanent or temporary address; delivery or other contact address, place of business, data box ID;

Electronic data: IP address, cookies, authentication certificates and electronic signature certificates, location data of the device used by the user, identifiers in communication platforms;

other personal data related to the contractual relationship: bank account number, customer account number, operating and location data;

audio recordings – audio recordings of calls to certain telephone numbers and video recordings – camera recordings, photographs, videos;

biometric data – fingerprints and similar biometric data necessary for authentication.

Purposes of personal data processing

We have divided the purposes of personal data processing according to the paragraphs of Article 6 of the GDPR, according to which we process personal data.

Paragraph 1b) processing necessary for the performance of a contract.

Under this article, we process data necessary to conclude a contract, contact persons authorized to sign the contract, and represent the contracting party. Furthermore, we process data necessary to ensure the requirements of contracts with our customers, in particular to ensure all aspects of the security of the operation of the customer’s equipment and TTC TELEPORT equipment, which includes data for identity verification, communication records, records in security systems regarding access to rooms, and records from security camera systems.

Paragraph 1c) processing necessary for compliance with a legal obligation.

We must also store some of the personal data referred to in the previous paragraph on the basis of obligations imposed on us by European and Czech legislation, such as the DORA Regulation or Act No. 264/2025 Coll. Another group of personal data is employee data, which we must process and store for a period defined by individual laws, such as Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Act No. 155/1995 Coll., or Act No. 586/1992 Coll.

Automated decision-making systems (artificial intelligence) are not used for the processing of personal data.

Personal data processors

We use contractual processors with whom we have concluded personal data processing agreements to process personal data. For the purposes of access authorization, we use security agencies that have access to personal data on our premises necessary to verify access authorization. We use the services of companies in the TTC Group for the purposes of processing employee data. 

Personal data is stored on devices in the Czech Republic, in the case of security systems in the premises of TTC TELEPORT data centers. Personal data is not stored on devices outside the Czech Republic, nor is it transferred or processed in EEA countries or third countries.

Processing period

We store personal data processed on the basis of paragraph 1b) for a period of 30 days, with the exception of personal data processed on the basis of PCI DSS, where a period of 90 days is required. In the case of paragraph 1c), the storage period is determined by individual laws.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what data we process, for what purpose, to what extent, for how long, and who has access to it. You can request the correction or deletion of this data, if technically possible. Other rights are defined by the GDPR.
