CUSTOMER PORTAL DEMO

The Customer Portal is where users access the TTC TELEPORT MIDS surveillance and monitoring system. The DEMO version provides limited access to online data in the form of a graphical view of selected data rooms, groups of equipment, technology and the logical model for the behaviour of the individual components of the data centre.

Log in by entering “demo” as the username and “heslo” as the password in the Authentication form.

After you have logged in and the screens have initialised, the Screen Bookmarks will be displayed in the top-left. In the top-right there is the option to switch to L2 (graph module) and a “?” icon to display the complete help for the controls. Signals will be displayed on the right-hand side after clicking on a specific Object. The greyed-out objects cannot be clicked, these are merely informative. The white objects contain signals only; the coloured objects change colour based on evaluation of the logical model. More information is displayed after clicking the “?” icon in the top-right corner.
