Who collects the data

The controller of personal data in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data (Czech Act on the Processing of Personal Data), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR Regulation”), is TTC TELEPORT, s.r.o., Company ID 24271705, with its registered office at Prague 10 – Malešice, Tiskařská 257/10, ZIP code 108 00, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 199711.

What data we process

Our company stores and processes the following data, divided into several groups.

identification, authentication, and address data: first name, last name, academic title; data from identity documents, ID card number, residence permit or passport number, nationality, Company ID (IČO), in exceptional cases handwritten signature and/or date of birth;

contact data: phone number, email address, permanent or temporary residence address; delivery or other contact address, registered business address, data mailbox ID (Czech electronic data box identifier);

electronic data: IP address, cookies, authentication certificates and electronic signature certificates, location data of the device used by the user, identifiers in communication platforms;

other personal data related to the contractual relationship: bank account number, customer account number, operational and location data;

audio recordings – recordings of calls to certain telephone numbers and visual recordings – CCTV footage, photographs, videos;

biometric data – fingerprints and similar biometric data necessary for authentication.

 

Purposes of personal data processing

The purposes of personal data processing are divided according to the paragraphs of Article 6 of the GDPR Regulation under which the personal data is processed.

Paragraph 1(b) – processing necessary for the performance of a contract.
Under this provision, we process data necessary for concluding a contract, contacting persons authorized to sign the contract, and representing a contractual party. We also process data necessary to ensure the requirements arising from contracts with our customers, in particular to ensure all aspects of the operational security of customer equipment and TTC TELEPORT equipment, including identity verification data, communication records, security system logs of room access, and CCTV records.

Paragraph 1(c) – processing necessary for compliance with a legal obligation.
Certain personal data listed above must also be stored on the basis of obligations imposed by European and Czech legal regulations, such as the DORA Regulation or Act No. 264/2025 Coll. (Czech Cybersecurity Act). Another category of personal data includes employee data, which must be processed and retained for periods defined by applicable laws, such as Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Act No. 155/1995 Coll., or Act No. 586/1992 Coll.

No automated decision-making systems (artificial intelligence) are used in the processing of personal data.

 

Processors of personal data

Personal data are processed by contracted processors with whom we have concluded data processing agreements. For access authorization purposes, we use security agencies that have access to personal data necessary to verify access rights within our premises. For the processing of employee data, we use the services of companies within the TTC Group.

Personal data are stored on systems located in the Czech Republic, in the case of security systems within TTC TELEPORT data center premises. Personal data are not stored on systems outside the Czech Republic and are not transferred to or processed in EEA countries or third countries.

 

Your rights

You have the right to request information about what data we process, for what purpose, to what extent, for how long, and who has access to them. You may request correction or deletion of such data where technically feasible. Additional rights are defined by the GDPR Regulation.
