Data center colocation – your European infrastructure without European costs

Expanding into Europe doesn’t have to mean paying high European prices. Our data center colocation services in Prague give US companies the same quality as Frankfurt or Amsterdam at one-third of the cost.

You get a TIER III–certified environment with a minimum of 99.982% availability, direct connectivity to all major telco operators, and 24/7 English-language on-site support. From small startups to Fortune 500 companies, we scale to your needs without forcing you to overprovision. We guarantee latency under 25 ms to all capital cities in the EU.

Transparent data center colocation pricing — no surprises on your invoice

Forget hidden fees for exceeding limits or unexpected charges for customer support. Our data center colocation services follow a simple model: you pay a fixed monthly fee for space plus your actual electricity consumption multiplied by the current PUE coefficient (1.4 in summer, down to 1.2 in winter).

All costs are transparent upfront, and you can track every kilowatt-hour in real time through the customer portal. With no vendor lock-in, you’re free to switch telco providers or expand capacity at any time. Most clients achieve ROI within just 12 months.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

No. TTC TELEPORT purchases unregulated electricity based on SPOT market prices. As a result, the price of electricity can change every 15 minutes.

For a simple connection (e.g. a two-fiber cable), we can deliver a cross-connect by the next business day. More complex connections (e.g. 24 fibers) are typically completed within 5 business days.

This depends heavily on the customer’s technology. However, we have experience cooling cabinets with power densities of up to 55 kW.

Yes, this type of cooling can be implemented.

Your infrastructure will continue running. We operate two independent power feeds (2× 10 MW) and backup systems in an N+1 configuration. In the event of an outage, UPS systems take over immediately, followed by diesel generators with sufficient fuel for long-term operation.

We hold the highest certifications in the industry, including ISO 27001 (information security), ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 20000 (IT service management), and ISO 14001 (environmental management). Our infrastructure meets TIER III standards, with power configurations aligned with TIER IV requirements. We also support PCI-DSS, NIS2, and DORA compliance.

We use a controlled cooling system with hot and cold aisle containment. The environment is monitored by more than 7,000 temperature and humidity sensors. The system is fully redundant (N+1), ensuring stable conditions even in case of a failure.

The entire site is secured and monitored 24/7. Access is controlled via reception and security turnstiles. Facilities are covered by CCTV with up to 90 days of recording, supported by biometric readers and electronic access systems.
