No, we do not provide connectivity directly. However, dozens of telecom operators are present in our data centers and can supply the connectivity you need.
Can we order colocation services using our own cabinets?
Yes. Simply provide the specifications of your cabinets, and we will prepare the space in the data hall to match your requirements in terms of dimensions, power, and cooling.
What does the monthly price of your services include?
The price consists of two components. The first is a fixed monthly fee for colocation, covering space and non-IT infrastructure such as cooling, power, and security. The second component is the cost of the electricity you actually consume.
If we request colocation for 3 cabinets with 20 kW power today, how quickly can you deliver the service?
We can typically deliver colocation for 3 cabinets with 20 kW of power within 2 weeks.
Where are your data centers located?
We operate two modern facilities in Prague 10 – Malešice: TTC DC1 (Tiskařská) and TTC DC2 (Sazečská). Both locations are easily accessible and situated on major fiber routes.
Do I need to rent an entire room, or can I rent just a single cabinet?
We offer flexible options. You can rent a full cabinet (rack housing) or dedicated data halls for larger deployments. Services are tailored to your actual requirements.
Am I tied to a single internet provider?
No. We are carrier-neutral, meaning you can choose from dozens of telecom providers present in our data centers or use your own preferred provider.
What if something goes wrong with my server and I cannot come to Prague?
We offer a Remote Hands service. Our certified technicians are on-site 24/7 and can perform tasks such as device reboots, cabling changes, or visual inspections on your behalf.
